For every rental, you’ll also get the support of our dedicated technical team. We are here to answer your questions, train your end-users and help with repairs and maintenance.
All our barcode equipment rentals come with a free end-user training, installation and deployment, and offsite technical support. Maintenance fee is free within Metro Manila, CALABARZON, and Metro Cebu. Otherwise, we charge a technical service fee.
We will replace any defective items within 7 days upon delivery. Otherwise, we will charge a replacement or repair fee.
The standard payment term is 50% upon delivery and 50% upon pullout. For other arrangement, please feel free to contact us.
