Q. Do you provide product demo? Is it free?
We provide a free product demo within Metro Manila, CALABARZON, and Metro Cebu. Feel free to contact us to reserve a schedule.
Q. Is product repair diagnosis free?
We charge a diagnosis fee for each product to be checked on. However, this will be waived upon availment of the repair service. Kindly contact us for the estimate.
Q. What is the turn-around time for the repair mentainance?
The average turn-around time is between 3-5 days. However, if there are parts replacement, it will depend on the availability of the parts. Please note that some parts are per order basis and imported from other countries. Thus, it might take weeks or months to arrive.
Q. Are the products purchased come with a free user training and technical support?
All our barcode hardwares come with a technical support, free repair and maintenance services within 1 year as part of our limited warranty. Otherwise, we charge a technical service fee.
